Our client are looking for a Senior Architect or Technician with experience delivering large-scale residential projects through construction.You’ll be a key member of the technical design team, working on large-scale residential conversion and regeneration projects. From detailed design through to on-site delivery, you’ll ensure seamless coordination between new-build and refurbishment elements.The RoleDevelop and manage detailed drawing packages (Stages 4–5).Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and specialist subcontractors.Oversee on-site technical delivery and contractor engagement.Manage design detailing, material selection, and construction sequencing.Keep communication flowing across the wider project team to ensure smooth delivery.RequirementsExtensive experience delivering projects on-site, specifically on large UK housing schemes.Strong design and technical skills, with confidence across all RIBA Stages (3–7).Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and standards.Working knowledge of Permitted Development Regulations (desirable).Proficiency in AutoCAD, with Revit (or similar) an advantage.Excellent 2D and 3D drawing skills.Organised, motivated, and adaptable, with strong time management.Why Apply?This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking practice dedicated to creating better living through smart, sustainable design.
