This is a varied, resident-facing role combining customer service, front-of-house responsibilities and the day-to-day operation of a Build to Rent development. You will be a key point of contact for residents, supporting them throughout their experience while helping ensure the building operates effectively. The organisation Our client is an established operator within the Build to Rent sector, focused on delivering a high-quality resident experience. The Senior Residential Services Associate will join a collaborative front-of-house team and work closely with colleagues, contractors and other teams across the business.
