Senior Residential Services Associate - Build to Rent Leeds £29, hours per week Cobalt is recruiting a Senior Residential Services Associate to join an established Build to Rent operator at a residential development in Leeds. This is a varied, resident-facing role combining customer service, front-of-house responsibilities and the day-to-day operation of a Build to Rent development. You will be a key point of contact for residents, supporting them throughout their experience while helping ensure the building operates effectively. The organisation Our client is an established operator within the Build to Rent sector, focused on delivering a high-quality resident experience. The Senior Residential Services Associate will join a collaborative front-of-house team and work closely with colleagues, contractors and other teams across the business. The role offers: A salary of £29,500. A 40-hour working week. Shifts of either 8:00am-5:30pm or 11:00am-8:00pm. One Saturday shift as required, with a weekday provided back in lieu. The role and responsibilities As Senior Residential Services Associate, you will provide a welcoming and effective service to residents while supporting the operation of the development. Your responsibilities will include: Providing front-of-house support, including meeting and greeting residents, reception duties and parcel handling.
