About the Role
A Senior Reservoir Geologist is required in Crawley on a contract basis, with a daily rate reflected in the £38–53 per annum bracket. This role centres on constructing static models using SLB Petrel, drawing on substantial experience with Middle East regional geology. The successful candidate will support safe, efficient service delivery, promote new technologies, and provide technical expertise throughout sales and project execution. Responsibilities include developing technical job designs, consulting with engineering colleagues, and assisting with incident response. Engagement with universities and research bodies is also expected. This position demands advanced Petrel proficiency and a proven record in regional static model building.
Senior Reservoir Geologist with significant experience using SLB Petrel for static model construction. The idea candidate will have worked on Middle East Geology on regional projects building static models.
The successful candidate will help deliver safe, efficient, and reliable products and services, promoting new technology and services offerings that support the PL in risk management.
Provide technical support in the area of expertise throughout the Sales and Product and Service Delivery process.
Develop technical job designs for PLs.
Consult with Design and Technical Engineers as required to optimize design.
Assist in real time incident response, recovery, and investigation as related to the area of expertise.
Engage with local universities, Customer institutes and research organizations.
