Are you a researcher looking for an exciting next step in your career? Do you enjoy working on high profile global accounts within the FMCG industry?

We are looking for a energetic, self-motivated and passionate individual to join our Oxford research team as a Senior Research Executive.

As a Senior Research Executive, you will be hands-on / taking the lead on running market research projects, client liaison and project management from research design, through to final debrief presentations.

Key Responsibilities

This role covers a range of ad-hoc projects involving quantitative research and both traditional and online fieldwork locally and internationally. With MMR’s focus on developing new and better research methods and sophisticated analysis techniques, the role offers the opportunity to gain experience with several novel and exciting approaches to conducting research and interpreting data.

Designing and organising fieldwork both locally and internationally

Creating questionnaires against client objectives

Analysing data (quantitatively)

Creating insightful presentations

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Previous experience within an ad-hoc agency environment is essentialQuantitative experience is essentialExperience of involvement in report writing is essentialAbility to tell a story from the data is essentialStrong organisational and time management skills requiredStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a team is essentialExperience within FMCG is beneficial
