Take the lead in building and rolling out our research framework to train models using different optimisation techniquesHelp connect those models to their platform so they can run smoothly in productionBuild tools and frameworks that their Quant Researchers and Traders use to test ideas and fine-tune data-driven trading strategiesCollaborate closely with the business side to understand needs, gather feedback, and improve their research tools over timeRequirements

PhD or MSc Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.5+ years of hands-on experience in MLOps and Research EngineeringAn ability to work full-stack with data; some data engineering experience is a big plusStrong coding skills in PythonStrong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.How to Apply
