The Senior Research Analyst will serve as the research point person for the Financial Officer’s practice. You will manage a wide variety of research projects and contribute to solving challenging client assignments. Manages projects (assignments, pitch preparation, etc.) in partnership with the consultant, creating an effective project plan that ensures the team delivers on client expectations and timelinesDevelops the search strategy with the consultant, fully understanding the needs and critical issues of the search and the clientConducts market (industry, competitor, company etc.) intelligence to support internal knowledge management (e.g. people news, insights on clients etc) and client projectsResponsible for systematic candidate identification for client mandates (using internal and external databases); can connect the dots internally to make the process efficientDrives list generation and talent maps for knowledge management activities.Supporting the practice on managing relationships with key clients (e.g. key relationships with the client company, monitoring global assignments, company moves etc)Leads the team on client documentation (role specifications, progress reports, profiles etc.)Ensures data quality and data capture real time on projects (in collaboration with internal knowledge centres)Your Profile
Undergraduate or master’s degreeExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writingAbility to work collaboratively and effectively with people at all levels in an organisation, in a fast-paced environmentExperience with project coordination with teams in an international environmentInterest in a wide variety of topics across industry, economy, and societyAbility to work independently with a can-do attitudePlease apply today or email
