The Marketing Function is at the heart of Triple Point’s business. It is an integral part of the wider distribution group (Sales, Marketing and Client Service) responsible for all aspects of the marketing mix including strategy, brand, campaigns, content, advertising, digital, events as well as internal and external communications. We act as trusted advisers to stakeholders in investments, retail, wholesale and institutional sales, as well as the senior leadership of Triple Point. The team is made up of 11 professionals with expertise spanning design, digital and channel marketing.Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Reporting Manager

to lead and reimagine our reporting function for both tax-advantaged and non-tax-advantaged financial products. The role is

part time – 3 days per week

and offers an opportunity to extend reporting beyond regulatory obligations to enhance the customer experience, strengthen adviser relationships, and support client retention through effective communication. Reporting is predominantly retail in nature, with evolving requirements to include wholesale and institutional clients. The successful candidate will mentor our Junior Reporting Manager to establish a best-in-class reporting function over the contract period.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the reporting function across tax-advantaged and non-tax-advantaged products.Reimagine reporting processes to ensure they are fully compliant with regulatory requirements, designed to enhance client and adviser engagement, and act as a value-added communication channel supporting client retention.Oversee reporting deliverables across retail, wholesale and institutional segments.Mentor and coach the Junior Reporting Manager, fostering professional growth and embedding best practice.Partner with stakeholders across the business (investment teams, group finance, compliance, product, legal, client operations, and the wider distribution team) to align reporting with business goals.Collaborate with external stakeholders, including the VCT registrar, company secretary and, occasionally, external designers.Drive continuous improvement to modernise reporting formats, delivery channels and customer experience.Required Knowledge and Experience

10+ years of experience in financial services reporting, with essential experience in retail reporting for both tax-advantaged and non-tax-advantaged funds.Excellent understanding of tax-advantaged and non-tax-advantaged product structures.Experience in both institutional/wholesale markets is preferred.Proven ability to manage regulatory reporting with accuracy and timeliness.Demonstrated experience in transforming reporting functions to better support client engagement and retention.Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience developing junior team members.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply expansive thinking.Effective communicator able to collaborate across diverse teams and influence at senior levels.Desirable Competencies

Experience in designing or implementing customer-centric reporting solutions.Familiarity with digital and data-driven reporting innovations.Exposure to both retail investor and institutional client requirements.Why Join Us
