Senior Reporting Accountant - Real Estate Investment ConsultancyWe are working with a growing real estate investment and fund consultancy that is looking to appoint a technically strong Senior Reporting Accountant to join its London finance team. This is a broad, high-impact position offering significant autonomy and exposure across statutory reporting, technical accounting, financial controls and process improvement. The successful candidate will work across a varied portfolio of real estate and fund structures, partnering closely with financial controllers, senior leadership, external auditors and advisers. The role would particularly suit an ACA or CA-qualified accountant with a strong audit background who is looking to move from practice into a commercially focused finance environment, with immediate exposure to complex real estate and fund structures.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the review of statutory financial statements across a portfolio of UK and offshore entities.Ensure compliance with relevant reporting frameworks, including IFRS, FRS 102 and Jersey GAAP.Coordinate external audits, manage information requests and support the resolution of technical queries.Review accounting policies, disclosures and significant judgement areas, including investment property valuations, lease accounting and intercompany transactions.Take ownership of the firm''s ISAE 3402 assurance programme, including coordinating stakeholders, reviewing control findings and overseeing remediation ..... full job details .....
