Senior Reporter, Private Equity

Cover private equity dealmaking for one of the most established intelligence services in the sector, with a readership of GPs, deal advisors, and investment bankers across North America and Europe. The role is scoop-driven at its core. You will break exclusive news on companies coming to market, develop coverage of transactions, exits, and add-ons, and write analytical features that look beyond single deals to examine what is moving the market. You will also author the publication''s flagship newsletter, which lands daily in the inboxes of PE executives across the globe. The team is tightly focused and well regarded across the industry. You will work alongside experienced reporters and have real influence over the direction of European coverage as the desk continues to grow. The publication offers two clear paths for progression: into editorial leadership, or as a senior individual contributor developing your own franchise within the market. Beyond day-to-day reporting, the role includes representing the publication at industry conferences, contributing to podcasts and sector-focused features, and sharing expertise with less experienced members of the team.
