Key responsibilitiesReview existing engagement documentation, findings and work completed to date.Rapidly establish the status of the client''s non-production environments.Validate the environment inventory across the in-scope platforms and applications.Identify environment ownership, purpose, availability, current usage and dependencies.Review existing release-management and deployment processes.Assess routes to live across development, system testing, UAT, pre-production and production.Facilitate workshops with platform leads, architects, DevOps teams, release managers, test managers, value streams and third parties.Capture environment requirements for development, functional testing, integration testing, UAT...
