This is a high-impact role taking ownership of a key portfolio of schools across Bristol. You will join a business committed to operational excellence, with the opportunity to scale your team as the region grows.Key Responsibilities:Directly manage and coach Regional Managers, ensuring high performance and service quality across all school sites.Full PandL responsibility for a £2m-£3m portfolio.
