Do you live in or around the Oxfordshire area and can you travel in to / across different locations in the Midlands ?

Arcus FM are hiring an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi-site retail clients.

Competitive Salary - £49,767 per annumCompany van and fuel card - with personal use available from day oneFull door-to-door pay - earn from the moment you leave home25 days annual leave, plus bank holidaysEnhanced overtime rates for additional earnings - All overtime is paid as time and a half (Earn an average of £12,000 extra per year)Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance

What You''ll Be Doing

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs - all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

What We''re Looking For

What we’re looking for:

Essential

Valid UK driver’s licenseRefrigeration engineering experienceF-Gas certification (CandG 2079)CO2 QualificationSupermarket refrigeration experienceExcellent communication and time managementA strong work ethic, with Health and Safety awareness

Additional Info

The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to FridayOn-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
