Senior Recruitment Information Officer - Armagh
First Choice are currently recruiting 2 Senior Recruitment Information Officers, to work with our Client in the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. At their Rosewood Villa Site in Armagh. This is a full time - temporary post, initially required for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension. The pay rate for this role is £14.06 per hour. Working hours will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent administrative, communication, and organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively. A minimum of one year''s experience in a recruitment role is essential. Main duties will be: Manage the recruitment process for a high volume of clinical, social care, and non-clinical vacancies, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and employment legislation. Coordinate recruitment campaigns from vacancy authorisation through to appointment, maintaining accurate records and meeting key recruitment targets. Provide specialist advice and guidance to recruiting managers on recruitment procedures, workforce policies, pre-employment checks, and best practice. Process and monitor recruitment activity using electronic recruitment and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality at all times. What We Need From You 4 GCSE''s all grade C or above to include English and Maths. At least 1 years relevant experience in a similar role.
