– Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from

business development

candidate placement .Business Development

– Lead the effort to identify and win

new clients

industrial sectors .Client Management

– Cultivate strong relationships with

existing clients , understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.Candidate Sourcing and Selection

– Attract top talent using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, then assess their suitability for various roles.Compliance and Administration

– Ensure all workers meet

legal

and

compliance requirements

including right-to-work checks, certifications, and industry standards.Sales and Targets

– Work towards achievable

– Manage the placement process to ensure both
