We''re looking for a tried and tested Senior 360 Construction Recruitment Consultant to help build the business from the ground up. Our client is a new, independent construction recruitment agency launching in the South West. The business is well backed, run by people who understand recruitment, and ready to grow. What it needs now is a proven construction recruiter with years of experience who has worked across every part of the job. You won''t be taking over a client list or following a set playbook. You''ll be setting things up, winning the work, supplying the people and running the desk from day one. You''ll have directors behind you who listen to what you say, and real influence over how the agency is built. What you''ll be responsible for This is a full 360 role covering every part of construction recruitment: Business development. You''ll win and grow accounts with main contractors, sub-contractors, groundworks and civils firms, house builders, roofing and cladding companies, and MandE contractors across the South West. Labour supply. You''ll fill orders quickly and reliably for labourers, groundworkers, plasterers, roofers, cladders, electricians, plumbers and other skilled trades, including short-notice and multi-site requirements.
