The Role As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at SST, you will take ownership of the full recruitment process, building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You will be responsible for managing your own desk, working across technical engineering sectors, and providing tailored recruitment solutions to a range of clients.
