Previous recruitment sales and business development experience is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys winning new business, building long-term client relationships, and delivering results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Develop new business and grow existing client accounts. Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy through to placement. Source, interview, and place candidates into temporary and permanent roles. Advertise vacancies, build talent pipelines, and ensure compliance. Achieve sales and recruitment targets while delivering excellent customer service. Participate in the out-of-hours/on-call rota. About You Minimum 2 years'' experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in sales and business development. Confident generating new business and managing client relationships. Target-driven, organised, and self-motivated. Strong communication and IT skills. Full UK driving licence essential (own vehicle desirable).
