The Role As a Logistics Recruitment Consultant, you ll manage your own 360 desk, taking responsibility for business development, account management, candidate sourcing and successful placements across the logistics and supply chain sector. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and growing your own Logistics recruitment desk. Winning new business through proactive sales activity, networking and referrals. Building and managing long-term relationships with logistics, transport, warehousing and supply chain clients. Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality logistics professionals into temporary and permanent roles. Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to offer management and aftercare. Negotiating commercial terms, fees and service agreements.
