Prospero are looking for a driven Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Southampton office!

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with primary, secondary, and SEND schools.
• Source, interview, and place high-quality teaching and support staff.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate attraction through to placement.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and performance targets.
• Provide expert advice and market knowledge to clients and candidates.
• Support and mentor junior consultants where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records using the CRM and recruitment systems.

What We''re Looking For:

To succeed in this fast-paced and dynamic business, we need candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, and a money-motivated attitude. Exceptional communication skills, drive, and ambition are also essential.

For this role, you must have previous experience within education recruitment or fast-moving temporary recruitment.

This role is suitable for somebody that is looking for the next step in their career and to grow within the company very quickly!

For this role you must hold a UK Driving licence.
