Senior Recruitment Consultant Perms or Temps- Homebased

The Opportunity We re working with a growing recruitment boutique agency that is seeking an experienced 360 Recruiter who has experience within the Industrial, Engineering/ Commercial/Office or your specialist sector temps or perms where you have had success and take ownership of your own desk This is a genuine senior role with autonomy, strong back-office support, and a commission structure that rewards performance. The successful candidate will be based from home keep in touch with the team via teams meetings and meet the Director and colleagues once a week in either Northampton or Peterborough If you re billing, commercially sharp, and ready for a business that trusts you to run your desk with full autonomy this is for you. Key Responsibilities Full 360 recruitment cycle: business development, account management, candidate sourcing and placement Build and grow long-term relationships with clients across the Northampton/ Peterborough Region Manage and develop an existing client base while actively winning new clients Deliver permanent and/or temporary placements across the area Negotiate fees, terms, and contracts Maintain a high standard of compliance and candidate care Work with a small friendly team About You Must have proven experience as a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant Consistent billing history Strong new business development skills Commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building ability Self-motivated, organised, and able to ..... full job details .....
