Perfect Personnel are seeking to add a Senior Recruitment Consultant to their existing team of dedicated consultants. Specialism: Industrial Recruitment / Multi-Sector Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant who knows how to build strong client relationships, develop business and deliver results, but is ready for more responsibility? We re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role combining recruitment, client management and business development with the opportunity to lead, coach and develop a team of Trainee Recruitment Consultants. While we recruit across a wide range of sectors, we have particular expertise within industrial recruitment, so experience within industrial, temporary or high-volume recruitment would be a strong advantage. The Role As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you ll take ownership of your own clients and recruitment activity while playing a key role in developing the next generation of consultants within the business. You ll be expected to lead from the front: building relationships, winning and growing business, delivering an excellent service and helping your team achieve their potential.
