At Search, we''re growing our team in Leeds and looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take the lead in developing our presence across Yorkshire! This is a chance to truly build your own desk, backed by one of the best support teams in the industry.

You''ll be working alongside experienced Directors who know the market, and who''ll give you the autonomy and tools to grow your desk your way - while still having all the backing you''d expect!

- Previous recruitment experience - ideally in a fast-paced, volume-based market

- Highly organised and able to manage multiple roles at once
