gap personnel have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Gloucester (GL1) to support us with our existing clients and supporting the growth and development of the branch.We are looking for an energetic, intelligent, and motivated individual to join our very successful team. You might be an established consultant looking for a new opportunity with a new business. Annual Salary- £28,000 to £35,000- depending on experienceHours of work- 8am 5pm Monday FridayKey Duties of the role are: Managing an industrial desk to maximise business by increasing workers suppliedLeading sales/client meetings.Managing recruitment activity through all channels to fulfil client requirementsDelivering excellent service level to clientsManaging an existing candidate databaseRepresent the brand positively in all actionsSupport in all accounts and ensuring service levels are reviewed, managed and improvements are put in place when needed.Achievement of agreed targets, financial and non-financial.Ensure we operate to compliance standards and all employment legislation The successful candidate will have: Good customer service skills.Ability to sell our service Excellent client management skills, with a track record of growing and retaining business.Background of a similar role is an advantage but not essentialGood computer skillsHave a full driving licence and carGood written and spoken English level In return gap personnel offer the following benefits; ..... full job details .....
