Senior Recruitment Consultant Location: Liverpool-based, Bootle Office - Hybrid Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped commission Build your desk. Win business. Earn well. Grow with us. Are you an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant who enjoys winning new business just as much as making placements? Do you like picking up the phone, opening doors, building strong client relationships and having genuine ownership of your desk? You ll take ownership of your own desk across office and commercial and digital marketing roles. This is a genuine 360 position, so you ll be responsible for developing new business, managing client accounts, attracting high-quality candidates and overseeing the full recruitment process through to placement.
