This role is focused on selling top driving candidates to clients, ensuring businesses secure the best talent in their market. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sales and Placement: Proactively market high-quality finance professionals to businesses, leveraging your sector knowledge and network. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base within the Driving sector.
