Recruitment Consultant – Chepstow
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £55,000 in Year 1)
Desk: Warm Perm (£120k in 2025)
Hours: Full-time or Part-time | Flexible working hours | Hybrid working available

• Experience: Current or recent recruitment experience (minimum 2 years required)

• Personality: Confident communicator with the ability to build strong client and candidate relationships both over the phone and face-to-face

• Work Ethic: Proactive, target-driven, and committed to delivering success

• Competitive salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
