Conrad Consulting is expanding, and we are seeking a senior consultant to join the team in our new London office to enhance our presence. You will be capable of establishing your own civil and structural desk, carrying out a 360 role to include business development and candidate resourcing. You will have excellent client liaison skills and will be an experienced candidate resourcer, who can manage every aspect involved in making a placement. About you:Previous experience as recruitment consultant, preferably within civil and structural engineering sectorProven track record of building a sustainable desk and evidence of successful billingStrong business development and client relationship management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilityDriven, target-focused individual with a genuine willingness to succeed In return Conrad Consulting can offer a highly competitive basic salary, uncapped commission, hybrid working (2 days wfh per week) and a clear career path.
