The Role

As a Senior or Principal Consultant, you''ll:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
• Build and own a high-value candidate network
• Cross-sell wider project solutions
• Drive your own desk revenue with full ownership and autonomy
• Join an experienced team building our new European business unit
• Use our 25-year UK track record to win trust in the European market
• Develop your own niche vertical within engineering

This is not a relocation requirement. This is a market expansion opportunity.
