The role will involve taking ownership of an established successful desk. As a Senior Recruiter, you will: Take ownership of your own market and recruitment desk. Develop new business while managing and growing existing client relationships. Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates. Drive revenue through contract and/or permanent recruitment. Enjoy the freedom to manage your desk with real autonomy and support. We''re looking for someone who has: A minimum of 2 years'' recruitment experience. Experience in either contract or permanent recruitment. A proven billing track record.
