Senior Recovery Worker

Job Introduction You''ll be based at Milestone, a high-support residential service for 14 men with a history of offending and complex presentation that may include dual diagnosis. You will be part of a social care team, working in partnership with clinicians employed by South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and London Probation/ Police Services as well. The work here will be varied and plentiful. As a Senior Recovery Worker, you''ll make a real difference to people''s lives. Role Responsibility Join our team and you will be responsible for your own caseload, undertaking and formulating risk assessments, and putting effective care and support plans in place. In a role where no two days are the same, you will engage with our residents through group work and activities that may involve therapeutic principles, and will be providing individual support to enable the residents to make informed choices about their future. You will be required to work 37 hours per week, in a shift pattern including sleep-ins and weekends so you''ll need to be flexible with the hours you are able to work.
