Senior Recovery Worker

Right now, we are looking for a Senior Recovery Worker to play a pivotal role in our Mental Health service in Brent. Sounds great, what will I be doing? In this role, you will manage a caseload of clients requiring mental health crisis de-escalation, early intervention, and preventative support, including complex and high-risk cases. You will undertake risk assessments, develop safety plans, and work closely with external agencies to ensure effective care coordination and positive outcomes. Acting as a senior point of support, you will guide Recovery Workers, Peer Support Workers, volunteers, and students on placement, while leading shifts in the absence of the Service Manager. You will build strong partnerships with NHS and community services, deliver group programmes, contribute to service improvement initiatives, monitor quality standards, and support recruitment, training, and ongoing service development activities.
