Right now, we are looking for a Senior Recovery Worker to play a pivotal role in our Mental Health Crisis Alternative Service in Hammersmith and Fulham. Sounds great, what will I be doing? In this rewarding role, you will manage a caseload of individuals requiring mental health crisis de-escalation, early intervention and preventative support, helping them build resilience and access the services they need to thrive. You will take the lead on complex and high-risk cases, carrying out robust risk assessments, developing safety plans and working closely with partner agencies to ensure coordinated, person-centred support.
