Senior Recovery Worker

Right now, we are looking for a Senior Recovery Worker to play a pivotal role in our Mental Health Crisis Alternative Service in Hammersmith and Fulham. Sounds great, what will I be doing? In this rewarding role, you will manage a caseload of individuals requiring mental health crisis de-escalation, early intervention and preventative support, helping them build resilience and access the services they need to thrive. You will take the lead on complex and high-risk cases, carrying out robust risk assessments, developing safety plans and working closely with partner agencies to ensure coordinated, person-centred support. Acting as a trusted advocate, you will empower service users to engage confidently with community resources. As a senior member of the team you will provide day-to-day guidance and support to Recovery Workers, Peer Support Workers and volunteers, stepping into the role of shift lead when required to ensure safe and effective service delivery. You will play an active part in developing future professionals by supporting Social Work and Mental Health Nursing students on placement through reflective practice, learning plans and constructive feedback.
