Nia House is consists of 3 services, Nia House, Coningham and Sulgrave in the North Cluster. We support people with enduring mental health crisis aged 18+ who have housing and support needs. They may be leaving hospital, registered care, be homeless, threatened with homelessness or living in accommodation that is not meeting their identified needs.
