As a Senior Recovery Outreach Worker, you will provide person-centred, recovery-focused support to a caseload of service users, helping them build independence, sustain their accommodation, and improve their overall quality of life. Using holistic assessments, SMART support plans, and recovery-based tools, you will identify strengths, manage risks, and support individuals to achieve their goals.
