Senior Recovery Officer

Experienced Senior Recovery officer required to manage a caseload of Council Tax and Business Rates recovery cases whilst Using MRI and NEC Enterprise.Main duties will consist of preparing and presenting cases at Magistrates Court to obtain Liability Orders as well as dealing with complex recovery matters, including insolvencies, charging orders, attachments, enforcement agent referrals, and committal proceedings.The ideal candidates will also be expected to provide technical advice and support to colleagues as well as handling correspondence and enquiries from taxpayers, agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring recovery action is undertaken in accordance with legislative requirements and council policies.Your expert recruitment consultant is Chisa Mkala, call today on (phone number removed) or email (url removed) Eden Brown Synergy is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
