Sytner Land Rover Sheffield are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and highly organised Senior Receptionist / Host to lead our experienced front-of-house team.
In this key position, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10 Reception and Host staff, ensuring high levels of performance through regular reviews, effective rota planning, and management of holidays and absences.
You''ll play a vital role in maintaining the exceptional standards of our showroom environment, ensuring all customer areas are pristine and that refreshments are consistently well presented. As the main contact for our third-party cleaning provider, you will communicate feedback to the Area Manager to uphold cleanliness and presentation standards.
Additionally, you will provide hands-on support during busy periods or staff absences by stepping into the Reception/Host role. This includes welcoming every client, efficiently directing them to the appropriate department, managing phone calls, and offering refreshments – all with the aim of delivering a premium customer experience.
The hours of work are 37.5 per week between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday inclusive.
