About the Role
This Senior Real Estate Solicitor (Partner) role, based in Oxfordshire, is with a progressive Top 100 UK law firm. The position is full-time with hybrid working, offering a salary between £100,000 and £150,000 dependent on experience. You will join a well-regarded Commercial Property team, advising landlords, tenants, developers, and investors on complex acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and secured lending. This genuine Partnership opportunity provides the platform to develop an established practice. • Join a highly regarded Commercial Property team advising landlords, tenants, developers, investors, and commercial occupiers on a broad range of real estate matters.
• Handle complex acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, investment transactions, secured lending, and development projects.
• Play a key strategic role in the continued growth of the Real Estate practice through business development, networking, and client relationship management. Excellent technical ability, commercial awareness, leadership skills, and the ability to develop and grow client relationships are essential.
• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 10+ years' PQE and significant commercial property experience gained within a reputable practice. You must have an established reputation in the market, a strong professional network and a demonstrable client following.
