Working closely with cross functional teams, you will drive engineering solutions that enhance performance, reliability and manufacturability.Key responsibilities include:Leading RandD design projects from initial concept through prototyping, testing and final releaseDeveloping innovative mechanical and structural solutions using advanced 3D CADConducting detailed engineering analysis, calculations and design validationCollaborating with manufacturing, quality and service teams to ensure robust product deliveryManaging design reviews, documentation and engineering change processesSupporting continuous improvement initiatives across the product rangeProviding technical leadership and mentoring junior engineersLiaising with suppliers and customers to refine specifications and resolve technical challengesTo succeed in this role, you will bring:A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related disciplineSignificant ..... full job details .....
