Work closely with Planning and Strategy teams to translate the business requirements into relevant designs and produce HLDs as appropriate2. Work closely with other teams like Regions to identify performance issues and take remedial measures as appropriate to improve network performance3. Provide input into the Software Drop Selection process for RAN vendors in line with the operational and design requirements4. Provide HLD, LLD andamp; KPI documents for new RAN software in line with the project requirements5. Analyse inputs provided by 3rd party performance benchmarking companies and take appropriate action 6. Identify areas for improvement in the RAN SW from a solution perspective 7. Requires a full in-depth knowledge and understanding of the LTE andamp; 5G NR (NSA andamp; SA) technologies8. Prior experience of working on Nokia RAN preferable9.
