The Senior Radiological Assessor will act as a Technical Authority and Intelligent Customer for Radiological and Chemotoxic Safety Assessments, taking a lead role in the delivery, review and assurance of safety assessments within a highly regulated nuclear environment. Responsibilities and duties of the Senior Radiological Assessor roleAs Senior Radiological Assessor, you will:Lead the delivery of Safety Assessments to agreed cost, time and quality requirements.Act as Design Authority and Intelligent Customer for externally delivered Safety Assessments.Determine appropriate assessment methodologies and ensure assessments are structured effectively and remain fit for purpose.Undertake peer reviews of Safety Assessments produced internally and by the supply chain.Provide expert technical advice to the site on the detailed content of Safety Cases.Maintain and support the application of Safety Case Assessment and Management ..... full job details .....
