Due to there structure they are able to across Housing Association Schemes, Joint Ventures, Private Sale and Build To Rent.They are currently looking for an Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Lead to join their existing commercial team in South East London. The successful candidate will be someone with career aspirations and wants to quickly develop under a structured development programme, with the opportunity to work with and learn from more senior staff who have extensive experience within the industry. This business is looking for someone who can be inventive and can get involved with multiple aspects of the construction process including estimating duties.
