Cost planning and estimating Leading residential and commercial projects from feasibility to completion Project management and contract administration Programming, claims and dispute resolution Managing and mentoring APC candidates Leading client meetings and supporting business development Reporting to directors and helping shape the QS function What We''re Looking For MRICS preferred Strong across both residential and commercial sectors Confident, client-facing and commercially aware Experience mentoring junior staff A team player who s hands-on, adaptable, and deadline-driven Interested in hearing more?
