Senior Quantity Surveyor x2Location - ManchesterSalary/Package - 65,000 - 75,000 + packageAbout the CompanyA leading and well-established construction and development business delivering major residential and mixed-use schemes across the UK.With a strong reputation for delivering high-profile projects, the company specialises in large-scale high-rise residential and Build-to-Rent developments, with project values ranging from 20 million to 150 million.Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of two experienced Quantity Surveyors.The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join a major project team delivering complex high-rise Build-to-Rent developments in Manchester.Working closely with the Commercial Manager and wider project team, you will be responsible for the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring financial performance and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:Managing the commercial aspects of high-rise residential / BTR projectsPreparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and cost reportsProcurement and management of subcontractor packagesPreparing valuations, variations, and final accountsMonitoring project costs and identifying commercial risks and opportunitiesSupporting contract administration and ensuring ..... full job details .....
