As Senior QS - Claims and Contracts, you will:Prepare, defend, and manage claims (delay, disruption, loss/expense, variations).Draft, review, and negotiate NEC / JCT / FIDIC contracts.Support adjudication and arbitration cases with forensic analysis.Deliver pre- and post-contract cost management, forecasting, and value engineering.Advise clients on risk, procurement strategies, and commercial management.Contribute to business development and client presentations.About You

We\''re looking for someone with:8+ years\'' experience in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management (civils, infrastructure, or major build).Strong claims and contracts experience, ideally with exposure to disputes or adjudication.Working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts (FIDIC desirable).Excellent written and client-facing communication skills.RICS or CIOB membership preferred; LLM or adjudication/claims training an advantage.What We Offer
