Senior Quantity Surveyor - FaçadesNorth WestPermanent, full-time£60,000 - £70,000 packageOffice-based with travel to project sites across the UK as required.Winsearch is proud to partner with a growing specialist façade contractor looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its commercial team.This is a senior, hands-on position requiring a proven commercial background within the façade or cladding subcontract sector. You''ll take ownership of multiple projects from tender handover through to final account, working with minimal supervision while supporting the development of junior commercial staff.The RoleReporting to the Commercial Director, you''ll manage the commercial performance of several façade projects at different stages.Packages may include curtain walling, rainscreen cladding, architectural glazing, SFS and fire-rated façade systems.You''ll work closely with design, procurement and project-delivery teams to manage package scope, control change, maintain accurate forecasts and protect the commercial position of the business.This is not a step-up role.
