Senior Quantity Surveyor

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Project Surveyor to join our Willmott Dixon Interiors division on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be working within our healthcare sector team, with scope for ongoing development and progression.We are ideally looking for someone based in a location that allows for flexibility to work in Coventry and be accessible to London for future projects. The primary focus, however, is for someone commutable to the Coventry area.Responsibilities

Take the lead on commercial efforts across the full project lifecycleLead the preconstruction stage of each project phaseManage current project delivery while progressing toward securing future phasesExperience in two-stage procurement and framework projectsNEC contract experience is essentialKey Skills and Qualifications

Solid and proven experience at Senior Project Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor levelIdeally have prior experience in the Healthcare / NHS / Clinical Health sectors (nice to have)Strong experience with CVC cost reporting, ensuring it accurately reflects the current site position and final forecastComfortable using software such as MS Excel and Bluebeam (for measurement)Team leadership experience, including mentoring and supporting junior team membersAdditional Information
