The successful candidate will play a key role in leading pre-contract commercial activities, driving procurement strategy and ensuring robust commercial governance across complex projects.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in infrastructure, engineering, defence, nuclear or major construction projects. The role will focus on pre-contract commercial management, procurement and tendering activities, with particular emphasis on NEC3 and NEC4 forms of contract.
