This framework will be administered using NEC3 contracts and will see the successful Senior QS having commercial responsibility for the scheme; leading a small team, overseeing their works and also having primary involvement in: subcontractor assessments and meetings; leading of CVR meetings; leading internal, client, and stakeholder commercial meetings; monthly reconciliations; and final accounts amongst other duties. They are looking for someone with a stable career history, with a history of working with NEC3 contracts within the civil engineering, infrastructure, or utility industries.
